Industrial Gazebos
The Easifold industrial gazebo is constructed from heavy duty 3mm gauge hexagonal section aluminium with anodised finish, making the Industrial gazebo both extremely strong yet relatively light to transport and erect. This heavy duty gazebo is fitted with quick release pull pin locators to lock the structure of the industrial gazebo into a rigid frame when fully extended. The gazebo's canopy area is made up of a honeycomb of extra strong struts rigid enough to take the weight of an adult man. Each industrial gazebo leg sits on a triangular base plate with holes for the heavy duty pegs to secure the structure to the ground.
Industrial Canopies
The canopy of the Easifold industrial gazebo is made from 380 gsm high grade polyester which is PU coated to make it fully waterproof and flame retardent. Unlike the Easifold Standard or Easifold Commercial gazebos canopies, which have plain coloured panels, the Industrial canopies are two tone, white with either red, green or navy blue.
The industrial quality, heavy duty gazebo canopy has an aluminium coating on the underside which acts as an ultra violet stabiliser as well as a light reflector. It fits tightly over the gazebo frame with velcro fastening strips to secure it to the side struts. Once fitted to the frame, the canopy can be left on it when demounted and stored in the storage bag.
Industrial Gazebo Waterproof Wall Sets
The Easifold Industrial wall sets match the canopy in material specification but have an internal PU coating to make them fully waterproof, instead of the aluminium coating used on the canopy. Each wall panel has velcro strips attached to secure it to the frame as well as heavy duty zip fasteners to join the gazeb's walls together. This makes the gazebo walls totally interchangeable between each other; when zipped together they form a watertight and windproof seal.
The heavy duty gazebo wall sets are made up of window panels, door panels or plain panels. See below for individual combination. Each window has a roll up blind attached to the inside to give added privacy and security.
Each Easifold Industrial Gazebo frame and canopy unit comes complete with ground pegs, guy ropes and a storage bag. For easier transportation and manoevrability, heavy duty storage bags with wheels can also be supplied. See video.
