Commercial Gazebo Frames
The Easifold Commercial gazebo is constructed from 1.2 mm gauge steel box section with zinc plated finish. The gazebo is fitted with quick release pull pin locators to lock the structure into the rigid frame when fully extended. The commercial gazebo's roof area is strengthened with 8 demountable storm bars which link from the side struts to the 4 main roof struts. Each leg of the gazebo sits on a triangular base plate with holes for the heavy duty pegs to secure the structure to the ground.
Commercial Canopies
The Easifold's canopy is made from 380 gsm high grade polyester which is PU coated to make it fully waterproof and flame retardent. The canopy has an aluminium coating on the underside which acts as an ultra violet stabiliser as well as a light reflector.
The canopy fits tightly over the gazebo frame with velcro fastening strips to secure it to the side struts. Once fitted to the frame, the canopy can be left on it when demounted and stored in the storage bag.
Commercial Gazebo Wall Sets
The commercial wall sets match the canopy in material specification but have an internal PU coating to make them fully waterproof, instead of the aluminium coating used on the canopy. Each wall panel has velcro strips attached to secure it to the frame as well as heavy duty zip fasteners to join the gazebo walls together. This makes the walls totally interchangeable between each other; when zipped together they form a watertight and windproof seal.
The commercial gazebo's wall sets are made up of window panels, door panels or plain panels. See below for individual combination. Each window has a roll up blind attached to the inside to give added privacy and security.
Each Easifold commercial gazebo frame and canopy unit comes complete with ground pegs, guy ropes and a storage bag.
